GARLIC SCAPES FOR A HEALTHY HEART SPRING IS IN

GARLIC SCAPES FOR A HEALTHY HEART
Garlic is known for its many benefits to healing your heart. Garlic supports blood circulation and helps to prevent heart attacks and boost healthy heart functions. It has blood pressure lowering and cleansing properties to keep you well and support healthy blood flow.

Garlic is anti-inflammatory which means it will reduce the risk of joint pain for example and relieve arthritis aches and pains.

It is known for its antibacterial properties. It is also anti-fungal, antiviral, and anti-parasitic all of which will support you in building a healthy immune system, preventing colds, flu and other health challenges.

Garlic is also known for its anticancer fighting properties such as brain cancer, lung, breast and pancreatic cancers.

My favorite is to use garlic
to eliminate bacteria; it has antibiotic properties when eaten fresh.
